Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of DoItNow (the “Service”) operated by DoItNow Inc. (“DoItNow”, “we”). By creating an account, installing the DoItNow integration on a third-party platform (Slack, Vercel, …), or sending a message to the service you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

DoItNow gives you a cloud workspace (the “Pod”) on which an AI agent (Claude, Codex, OpenCode, or other supported models) runs on your behalf. You interact with the Pod through messaging channels (Telegram, Slack, Discord), the web dashboard, or a direct shell. The Pod can run shell commands, edit files, call connected third-party services, and deploy code — on your instruction.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 14 years old.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.
  • Your account is for your own use. You may not share login credentials. Team-based access is available through the Team plan when launched.

3. Acceptable use

You may not, and may not instruct the AI to:

  • Use the Service to violate applicable law.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) from any connected channel.
  • Host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service or other users' workspaces.
  • Resell the Service or expose its compute capacity as your own public API without prior written agreement.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or run sustained CPU-intensive workloads that exceed your tier's normal usage envelope (we will warn before suspending).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the issue unless the violation is urgent (e.g. active malware distribution).

4. Plans and billing

  • Free — a limited workspace for trying the Service. Subject to a 7-day showcase + 7-day maintenance lifecycle; archived after 14 days of inactivity.
  • Pro — paid subscription with higher compute limits, always-on workspaces, and Platform-mode AI credits. Price and quota are listed on the Billing page and may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) — you may attach your own AI provider credentials. We bill only DoItNow's platform fees; you pay the provider directly.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time on monthly plans.

5. Third-party services

DoItNow connects to third-party services on your behalf (Slack, Supabase, Vercel, GitHub, …) using OAuth credentials you grant. Your use of those services is governed by each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, billing, or data-handling decisions — only for the way we transmit data between them and your Pod.

6. AI output

The AI is a tool, not a colleague with judgement. Its outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for production use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated code, commands, and messages before they leave your workspace and for the consequences of any actions the AI takes on your behalf in connected services.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to content you create in your workspace. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that content as needed to operate the Service for you (run the Pod, deliver chat messages, generate AI replies). The DoItNow name, logo, software, and dashboard are our property; you may not copy or reverse-engineer them outside of fair use.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoItNow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can export your workspace data first via Dashboard → Workspace → Privacy → Export. We may terminate or suspend access with notice (or immediately for material violations of § 3). On termination by either party the rights and obligations under §§ 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, and 13 survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the Seoul Central District Court unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.

13. Changes

We will note material changes to these Terms at the top of this page and email account-holders at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes you must stop using the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
